Featuring our renowned 14” handcrafted artisanal pizzas, served by the slice. Made to accommodate larger gatherings with ease and efficiency. Each pizza is carefully cut into 8 slices, so guests have a refined and varied tasting experience—ideal for events where quality, seamless service, and presentation matter.

Pizza Package (pizza only)

INCLUDES:
- Choice of up to 3 kinds of pizza (2 classic + 1 speciality or dessert).
- Varieties of pizza will be evenly divided by guest count.
- We base the number of pizzas on 4 slices per person.

- Pricing is Pizza price Per Person, plus the Add-On choice price per person

Extra PIZZA OPTION:
- Add $3 per person for each additional pizza selection beyond the included number.
- Add $2 per person for GRANDMA-STYLE crust.

changing and finalizing orders

  • You can make changes to your headcount, menu, contact info, and parking instructions until 8 days prior to your event

  • 1 week before your event, your order will lock and be finalized (you will receive email notification of your upcoming deadline the week before your order is finalized)

  • After finalization:

    • Changes require approval

    • A $100 change fee applies

  • Any timing or location changes after reservation require approval and are subject to availability

Payment and cancellation

  • Sales tax + 20% service fee are added to all orders (service fee includes gratuity)

  • Final payment is due seven (7) days before the event

  • Accepted: cash, check, card (card payments incur a 3% service charge)

  • Cancellation policy:

    • 30+ days prior: Client forfeits the deposit only.

    • 8-29 days prior: Client forfeits the deposit + 50% of the remaining balance.

    • Less than 8 days prior: No refund issued

  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event and are subject to the caterer’s availability.

    • If approved, all payments transfer to the new date, subject to a $150 rescheduling fee.

  • Requests made under 30 days may be treated as a cancellation.

  • Force Majeure:

    • If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond human control (e.g.,extreme weather, natural disasters, government mandates), neither party is liable.

    • All payments will be issued as a credit toward a rescheduled date within [12 months].

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Pricing includes serving pizzas up to 25’ from the ovens

  • If pizzas need to be carried or transported to a service area beyond the 25’, a $1 per guest fee applies (minimum $100). Additional fees may apply if extra staff are required due to distance, stairs, or elevator access. You’re welcome to provide your own runners if you prefer.

  • Standard service time: 2 hours (or less if service is completed), plus: 60–90 minutes setup (varies by event)

  • Additional service time: $100 per 60 minutes or fraction (added automatically if your event runs over, with client notification)

  • Travel is included within 25 miles of Draper, UT. Outside this range will include a travel fee.

  • Please provide a parking spot as close as possible to the cooking area.

availability and minimum order

  • Availability is subject to change at any time prior to reservation confirmation

  • Dates are not reserved until:

    • A $250 (non-refundable) deposit is paid via Square Invoice that is sent to you

    • You receive email confirmation from our catering manager that your date is secured

  • All events are subject to a minimum order requirement, based on the date and time of event

  • Peak Season Minimums (June-September, November-December):

    • Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $650

    • Weekend (Friday/Saturday): $1000

  • Off Season Minimums (January-May, October):

    • Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $500

    • Weekend (Friday/Saturday): $750

  • If your selections fall below the minimum, your order total will be raised to meet it

  • Sales tax, travel, transportation, additional time, and service fees do not count toward the minimum

  • Pizza service items: trays, serving spatulas, heavy-duty paper plates, white napkins, black plastic forks

  • Menu signage, labeling

  • You are welcome to provide your own serving items if preferred
