“Mark and his team were absolutely AMAZING. First, since the day I booked his catering, there was just enough communication to know he was on top of it. I heard from him immediately, he took a ton of time to make sure he understood my event, what I was looking for, and made sure he would be the right match! Over time, he continued to touch base and made sure my decisions were permanent as the event got closer. I never once wondered, “does he still remember I’m on his schedule?” (As I did with many of my vendors throughout my wedding weekend, honestly.)
We were hosting about 80 people at a park. I’ve really never done anything quite like it before, so initially I was going to get two catering services or food trucks. The day of, he had contact before, him and his team arrived on time. In fact, one was early and offered to help us set up! Once Mark arrived, we worked together to make sure the setup was good for both him and our guests, and his team totally helped with moving our things around, as well as their own, to make everything as smooth as possible. Everyone was absolutely WONDERFUL, truly. Mark is someone you’d want at your party, as he adds extra joy and actually interacts with people like a human. He doesn’t stand behind a grill and simply serve pizza. He’s a great person and fit in with everyone so well.
Now, let’s talk about the PIZZA. Most of the people attending are from New England, specifically New Haven. I expressed this to him right away, because no offense, but pizza in Utah is terrible when you come from back east. But HOLY COW. He and his crew kept up with people eating PERFECTLY and somehow every single pizza was cooked absolutely PERFECT. The perfect amount of crisp and chew. I’m drooling as I think about it. I want him to start a restaurant so bad! Everyone RAVED about it. Do NOT underestimate the grandma style. I took Mark’s recommendations, even though I was hesitant, and I am so glad I did. His signature little bit of sesame seeds on the bottom of the pizza… you don’t know until you try it.

“We recently hosted a backyard pizza night and hired Thirteen Pizza’s to cater and it could not have been a better experience! Mark brought and set up his own pizza ovens, complete with the cutest pizza boards and signs that made the whole setup feel special.
On top of the amazing food, he was incredibly organized, communicative, and professional. He cleaned everything behind the scenes and left our kitchen spotless. His pricing was more than reasonable for the quality of food and service we received.
